Mittal InfoTech Learning and Skill Centre was established in 2016 as a private computer Centre in the district Patiala of Punjab (India) by Mr Roshan Mittal. The aim of MILSC was to provide job-oriented computer education to rural students at a minimum affordable fee and to contribute as a part of IT development in India.

In 2022, BCC stepped further by taking affiliation with the MILSC (Mittal InfoTech Learning and Skill Centre) which is recognized by MMS registered by Delhi Govt. under Societies Registration Act 1860.

We are glad to say that in just the first year of establishment, more than 100 students passed out from the institute. The main aim of this affiliation was to provide the students with those courses which were registered under the Govt. and hence to help them get jobs easily. This further helped the student to be equipped with the affiliated courses.
